Yung Sammy on Reality Show Debut
Known for popular Hindi rap tracks, including Raat Khatam, G Glass, Mr Rambo and others, Yung Sammy has finally made his reality show debut with The 50.
During an interview with the Times of India, the rapper opened up about his decision to join the reality show. “What really stood out to me about The 50 is that it’s not about creating moments; it’s about surviving them,” he said.
Yung Sammy added, “The format felt raw, intense, and real, and that instantly connected with me. Since this is my first reality show, I didn’t want anything superficial. I wanted a platform that challenges me as a person and allows people to see the real journey behind the music.”
For his debut reality TV appearance, Yung Sammy believes authenticity and self-awareness will be key to navigating the game. “I believe in being honest but not naïve. Just like music, you need to know when to speak and when to stay silent,” he shared. The 50 airs daily on JioHotstar at 9 PM and Colors TV at 10:30 PM.
