Gujarat CM asks officials to prepare EV charging station policy

Jul 8 (PTI) The Gujarat cabinet on Wednesday discussed measures to promote environment-friendly transport, with Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel directing officials to prepare a comprehensive EV Charging Station Policy.

The aim of the policy would be to strengthen charging infrastructure and encourage wider adoption of electric vehicles and green energy, said government spokesperson and minister Jitu Vaghani after the meeting. PTI PJT KRK
