Light to moderate showers are likely throughout the day, including the morning, forenoon, afternoon, evening and night.
Daytime temperatures across Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad are expected to remain in the low to mid-30s degrees Celsius. High humidity levels are likely to create warm and muggy conditions, while winds are expected to remain light across the region.
The IMD’s seven-day forecast indicates fluctuating temperatures, with warmer conditions expected during
the middle of the week.

Delhi is expected to record a maximum temperature of 33°C and a minimum of 24°C on Tuesday, with humidity levels ranging between 75% and 80%.
The IMD has forecast a generally cloudy sky with moderate rainfall. Light to moderate showers are expected during the morning, forenoon, afternoon, evening and night.
Gurgaon Weather Today
Gurgaon is likely to record a maximum temperature of 35°C and a minimum of 30°C on Tuesday, with temperatures expected to hover around 31°C for most of the day.

Gurgaon Under Orange Alert As Heavy Rain Looms
After a largely dry Monday, Gurgaon is expected to experience an intense spell of monsoon rainfall from Tuesday, with the IMD placing the district under an orange alert for Tuesday and Wednesday. According to a report in The Times of India, the weather department has warned of heavy to very heavy rainfall as monsoon activity strengthens over the region.
The city recorded a maximum temperature of 36.3°C at the KVK Automatic Weather Station on Monday, up from 34.2°C a day earlier. The minimum temperature also rose from 25.6°C on Sunday to 27.4°C on Monday.
Parts of Gurgaon, including Udyog Vihar, IFFCO Chowk and Rajiv Chowk, received brief spells of light rain at around 5:30 pm on Monday, according to IMD observations.
Waterlogging And Traffic Disruption
According to the district-wise weather warning issued by the Meteorological Centre in Chandigarh, heavy rainfall is expected across Gurgaon on Tuesday and Wednesday as conditions become increasingly favourable for widespread monsoon showers.
The IMD has warned that the heavy spell could lead to waterlogging in low-lying areas, traffic congestion, reduced visibility and localised flooding, particularly in urban centres such as Gurgaon, which has witnessed repeated inundation and severe traffic snarls during previous monsoon seasons.
The district-wise forecast also indicates widespread rainfall across northern and southern Haryana districts, including Gurgaon, Faridabad, Sonipat, Panipat, Karnal, Kurukshetra, Ambala and Yamunanagar, on Tuesday and Wednesday. Western districts of the state are expected to receive comparatively lighter and more scattered showers.
Rainfall activity is expected to weaken from Thursday, with no heavy rain warning issued for Gurgaon. By Friday, only isolated showers are expected across the district.
With a heavy spell forecast over the next 48 hours, civic agencies are expected to closely monitor waterlogging-prone areas, key traffic intersections and vulnerable infrastructure. Residents have been advised to avoid unnecessary travel during periods of intense rainfall and exercise caution while driving through inundation-prone stretches.
