Amid rumours of Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez’s wedding, a video has gone viral claiming that the footballer personally invited YouTuber and streamer IShowSpeed to his wedding. Not only that, but it also alleged that Ronaldo gave him permission to livestream the wedding ceremony. The clip has left fans buzzing.
In the clip, Speed appeared in his usual streaming setup, wearing a blue Brazil jersey, headphones and a bandage on his forehead. On his screen is an open chat named “Ronaldo” featuring the footballer’s image. “Am I invited to the wedding?” the YouTuber asked at the beginning.
The reply then appeared: “Siuuu, of course, bro! You’re my day one, front row seat, VIP treatment. Don’t be late or I’ll send the security guards after
you.” The response left Speed jumping in joy.
In another part of the conversation, Speed asked if he could livestream the wedding. Ronaldo responded by saying he is “definitely invited” as he is one of his “bros” before adding that he can livestream the wedding that is happening “very soon.”
But Did The Interaction Really Happen?
No, the entire claim is false. Although Speed enthusiastically reacts to the responses, the interaction never happened between them. The widely shared video features Speed interacting with an artificial intelligence (AI) bot called Character.ai, which imitated the Portuguese football icon and was not Ronaldo himself. The interface clearly displayed a disclaimer that read: “This is AI and not a real person. Treat accordingly.”
Fans React To The Viral Clip
Despite this, the clip of the conversation led many fans of the footballer as well as the YouTuber to believe the exchange was genuine.
“Ronaldo knew exactly who to call if he wanted the whole world watching!” wrote a user.
Another said, “Great for speed, from a fanboy to becoming one of the close friends. He has come a long way, proud of you bro!!”

“Knowing Speed, he’s going to do a backflip down the aisle and start barking at the groomsmen. Security is going to have a nightmare,” someone else mentioned.
Meanwhile, a person shared, “The fact that the AI invited him to the wedding and said he can livestream it is peak Speed content.”
Cristiano Ronaldo And Georgina Rodriguez Are Not Getting Married Yet
The clip came amid speculation that Ronaldo was set to marry Georgina on August 1 in Sintra, Portugal. However, those claims were debunked by Spanish magazine HOLA!, who reported that no such wedding was scheduled, as the rumoured venue remained open to visitors and was hosting another event on the alleged wedding date.
