Jun 3 (PTI) TMC supremo Mamata Banerjee on Wednesday condoled the loss of lives in the fire at a hotel in Delhi.
A devastating blaze tore through a hotel in a congested bylane in south Delhi’s Malviya Nagar area, killing at least 21 people, including 11 foreigners.
“Deeply saddened by the tragic fire incident in Malviya Nagar, Delhi, which has claimed several precious lives,” the former West Bengal CM said in a social media post.
“My heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families as they endure this profound loss. Praying for the speedy recovery of those injured and for strength, courage, and solace to all those affected by this heartbreaking tragedy,” she added. PTI AMR SOM
