Jennie Set to Headline Governors Ball Festival
New York’s famous Governors Ball Music Festival is gearing up to return at Flushing Meadows Corona Park in Queens. The three-day festival will take place from June 5 to 7, featuring iconic artists across genres.
BLACKPINK member Jennie, who has been dominating charts with her solo releases, is set to make history as the first K-pop soloist to headline the festival. On June 7, the concluding day of the festival, Jennie will take the stage. Fans are overjoyed with excitement as they cannot wait any longer for Jennie’s signature high-energy performance.

Governors Ball Festival Lineup
The organisers of the festival dropped the full lineup for the three-day festival. From Lorde and Stray Kids to Baby Keem and A$AP Rocky – the star-studded lineup promises a weekend of electric performances across pop, hip-hop, R&B, and indie genres.
Here are the headliners for this year’s Governors Ball Music Festival:
Friday (June 5): Lorde and Baby Keem, supported by KATSEYE, Pierce the Veil, King Princess, Audrey Hobert, The Dare, The Beths, and more.
Saturday (June 6): K-pop sensation Stray Kids and R&B star Kali Uchis, with performances from Blood Orange, Major Lazer, Wet Leg, Del Water Gap, and Spacey Jane.
Sunday (June 7): A$AP Rocky and JENNIE, along with Dominic Fike, Japanese Breakfast, Holly Humberstone, Clipse, Rachel Chinouriri, Geese, and others.
Alongside the headliners, fans can expect to witness more than 60 acts across three stages. Some of the significant names include Amyl And The Sniffers, Freddie Gibbs & The Alchemist, Ravyn Lenae, 2hollis, Snow Strippers, Thee Sacred Souls, Jane Remover, Wisp, Hemlocke Springs, and Lexa Gates, among others.

Jennie on the Work Front
Coming back to the K-pop sensation, Jennie released her debut solo album, Ruby, in March 2025. She wrote and co-produced the album with various artists, including El Guincho, Diplo and Mike Will Made It.
The 15-track album features chart-topping songs including Like Jennie, Handlebars, Mantra, and Love Hangover, among others. The album also featured artists like Dua Lipa, Doechii, Kali Uchis, Dominic Fike and others.
Alongside managing her solo career, Jennie has also been touring with fellow BLACKPINK members Lisa, Jisoo, and Rose for the band’s DEADLINE world tour. The girl group is set to kick off the Japan leg of the tour on January 16 before flying to China and concluding the tour on January 26.
