New Delhi, May 28 (PTI) Insecticides (India) Ltd on Thursday reported a 15.76 per cent drop in consolidated net profit to Rs 11.70 crore for the fourth quarter of the 2025-26 fiscal due to higher expenses.
The Delhi-based company had posted a net profit of Rs 13.89 crore in the year-ago, according to a regulatory filing.
Total income for the January-March quarter rose 19 per cent to Rs 426.25 crore from Rs 358.92 crore in the year-ago period. Expenses rose to Rs 414.42 crore from Rs 339.75 crore in the said period.
For the full 2025-26 fiscal, the net profit declined 1.83 per cent to Rs 139.41 crore from Rs 142.01 crore in the previous year. Total income increased marginally to Rs 2,140 crore from Rs 1,999.94 crore in the said period.
On the financial
results, Insecticides India Managing Director Rajesh Kumar Aggarwal said that the company “delivered a steady performance during the year, supported by healthy growth momentum and stable margins, despite a challenging operating environment marked by erratic rainfall, restricted field activities, and global disruptions.
