Delhi, Sep 3 (PTI) A 30-year-old man allegedly shot himself at his residence in outer Delhi’s Nihal Vihar early Thursday, police said.
Police received a PCR call around 2.30 am in which Shakil Saifi said his son Faiz Saifi had shot himself.
The family rushed Faiz to the Balaji Hospital in Paschim Vihar, where doctors declared him dead, police said, adding that the body has been shifted to the mortuary of Sanjay Gandhi Hospital for post-mortem.
A crime team inspected the spot and seized the weapon used in the incident. Further probe is underway, police said. PTI SSJ SMV SMV ARI ARI
