Shubman Gill is the highest run scorer for Gujarat Titans in the Indian Premier League (IPL), and on Saturday (May 16), during his team’s 13th league match of the ongoing IPL 2026 season, he completed 3000 runs in the IPL for the Gujarat Titans. Gill, who captains GT in the IPL, is the first player to score 3000 runs for the Gujarat-based franchise.

Gill opened the innings for GT in the 248-run chase against his former team, Kolkata Knight Riders, and played a knock of 85 runs from 49 balls. The score of 85 by Gill helped him extend his total tally of runs to 3001 in the IPL for Gujarat Titans.
In the list of batters with most runs in the IPL for GT, Gill is followed by Sai Sudharsan, Jos
Buttler and David Miller.
Sudharsan, who played an unbeaten knock of 53 runs for GT on Saturday vs KKR, overall has scored 2347 runs in 53 IPL matches for GT, and Buttler and Miller both have 950 runs each to their credit for GT.
