Asian Games 2026 LIVE: After a double-medal opening day, India’s campaign at the Asian Games gathers pace on Monday, September 21, with athletes competing across a packed schedule featuring several team events and individual medal hopefuls.
The day begins early with shooting, swimming, soft tennis and women’s table tennis. The Indian women’s table tennis team takes on Pakistan at 6:30 AM, while the men’s 10m air rifle qualification features Himanshu Dhillon, Parth Rakesh Mane and Rudrankksh Balasaheb Patil.
The hockey teams also begin their campaigns, with the Indian women facing Indonesia at 9:30 AM. Both kabaddi teams are in action, against Japan and Bangladesh respectively, while the men’s badminton team faces Bangladesh.
