TV actress Avika Gor, who rose to national fame as a child star with Balika Vadhu, has put an end to pregnancy rumours that surfaced just months after her marriage to Milind Chandwani. The actress, who tied
the knot in 2025 in a much-discussed wedding, addressed the speculation directly and made it clear that the chatter is baseless.
In an interaction with Telly Talk India, Avika firmly denied being pregnant and clarified that fans had jumped to conclusions too quickly. Her response, however, came with a twist, as she hinted that something else exciting may be on the way.
Avika Gor dismisses pregnancy speculation
Reacting to the ongoing buzz, Avika called the rumours “completely false” and said there was no truth to them. She stated, “All these pregnancy rumours are completely false. There is nothing like that.”
While shutting down the speculation, the actress left fans intrigued with her next line. She added, “Koi aur news hai. Kya hai jaldi batayenge…”
The clarification comes after weeks of online chatter suggesting that the actress was expecting her first child, with fans analysing her public appearances and social media posts.
Viral vlog that sparked pregnancy buzz
The rumours gained momentum after Avika and Milind shared a candid vlog discussing “new beginnings” and major life changes. In the video, Avika teased that something “really big” was coming up, while Milind described it as an unexpected shift that they never planned for but were embracing wholeheartedly.
Milind also spoke about feeling a mix of excitement and nervousness, calling it “healthy” because it meant they cared deeply about what lay ahead. Almost instantly, fans flooded the comments section with congratulatory messages, assuming the couple was hinting at pregnancy.
At the time, neither Avika nor Milind addressed the speculation, allowing the rumours to snowball. With her latest statement, the actress has now clearly drawn a line under the pregnancy talk.
Avika and Milind’s love story has played out in the public eye. The couple announced their engagement in June 2025 and later turned their wedding into a televised event on Pati, Patni Aur Panga. Their marriage, held on September 30, 2025, was broadcast on Colors TV, making it a unique and unconventional celebration.
Speaking earlier about the decision, Avika had said, “My wedding had to be unconventional because that’s who I am. I often say my life is something others dream about living, and I’m genuinely grateful for that blessing. But gratitude doesn’t mean it’s easy.”
