Sharvari On Alpha
With Alpha, a women-led action entertainer slated for a 2026 release, Sharvari believes she is a part of a bigger shift in Indian cinema. The actress said, “It’s an exciting time to be a part of this industry, especially because we are getting an opportunity to play such characters. For instance, Alpha is one such film, a first-of-its-kind in Indian cinema, an action entertainer led by women.”
Further, she remarked, “If we don’t make the most of it now, then it would be a missed opportunity.”

Alpha is YRF’s next in its Spy Universe which includes films like Ek Tha Tiger, Tiger Zinda Hai and Pathaan and War. Starring Alia Bhatt and Sharvari, Alpha will be the first women-led spy thriller in the production house’s franchise. Besides the two leads, Bobby Deol also joined the cast to play the antagonist.
