Kusha Kapila’s Ex-Husband Zorawar Ahluwalia Admits He Is On A Dating App: 'I Am A Single Guy'

Kusha Kapila’s former husband Zorawar Ahluwalia has admitted that he is on a dating app. Ahluwalia was recently speaking on the YouTube channel Social Misfits and Zor & More when he opened up about their divorce and revealed that he is single now. He also explained why most marriages do not last long in today’s times. Here are some of the excerpts from the interview:

Zorawar: ‘I Am On A Dating App’

During the interaction, Zorawar admitted being on dating apps after his divorce from Kusha and said, “Yes, I am a single guy, why can’t I be on dating apps.”

When asked why marriages aren’t working in today’s time, he explained that it might be because people are realising that they are better if they ‘run solo’. “We can’t generalise why marriages are not

working. But people are realising that sometimes they can work in a team and sometimes they can’t and are better off alone. I can’t give you a straight answer. Sometimes you realise that you progress more when you run solo,” he added.

Zorawar On His Divorce From Kusha Kapila

During the interaction, Zorawar also shed light on his divorce from Kusha Kapila and reiterated that it was mutual. “I think both the partners will get the feeling when it is not working. In my case, we both sat down and discussed that these things are not working, and we kind of came up to that point and mutually agreed to part ways. You have to realise it and be authentic with your partner and yourself. It’s better if you stay clear with each other,” he said.

About Kusha And Zorawar’s Divorce

Kusha Kapila and Zorawar Ahluwalia, who tied the knot in 2017, parted ways in 2023. Back then, the two issued a joint statement and revealed that “we gave it our all, until we couldn’t anymore.” The former couple had also mentioned that a ‘relationship ending is heartbreaking’ and therefore they need time for healing.

Later, Kusha was rumoured to be dating Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor. However, the actress had dismissed it saying, “Roz apne baare mein itni bakwas padh kar mujhe apna khud see ek format introduction karwana padega. Every time I read sh*it about myself I just hope and pray ki meri mummy na padh le yeh aab. unki social life has taken a big hit.”
