India is known for its diverse and extraordinary landscapes, many of which are hidden in places people least expect. A recent video capturing one such rare location has gone viral on social media. The video shows a man standing at one of the last railway lines, right at the edge of the India-Pakistan border, leaving viewers fascinated.
The video was shared by Instagram content creator Manish Dhadholi, who has over 1 lakh followers and is known for exploring unusual and lesser-known places across the country. In this latest post, he travelled to Hussainiwala railway station in Punjab, considered among the final railway points on the northern frontier close to Pakistan.
In the video, Dhadholi can be seen standing near a sign that reads “End of Northern
Railway”. This marks the final stretch of the railway line on the Indian side. Hussainiwala station was once part of the route that connected Ferozepur in India to Lahore in Pakistan. Before the partition and later until the India-Pakistan conflicts, trains from here would travel directly to Lahore. However, rail services have long been discontinued, and the tracks now end abruptly near the border.

Across the fenced frontier lies Kasur in Pakistan, the nearest city on the other side. The quietness of the abandoned track and the proximity to the international border have left many viewers both amazed and emotional.
The video has garnered over 29 lakh views, drawing thousands of reactions from social media users. Many expressed awe, while others shared personal memories of the region.
One user commented, “Humans draw borders, but nature never made any,” reflecting on the irony of man-made boundaries. Another person said this was the view of their village in Ferozepur, near Hussainiwala. Some curious viewers even asked practical questions, like how trains used to return from the last station, and how the content creator reached a location said to be the final point of the railway route.
