Ram Charan Opens Up About Work Life Balance: ‘After 6 PM, I Switch Off Completely’

Ram Charan has come a long way in his career. He has given many hits which has left a mark on audience minds. With RRR, Rangasthalam, Magadheera and several more big-shot titles under his name, the global star has made a significant contribution ot the Indian cinema of today. But how does he maintain and manage his busy worklife?

“I don’t take myself too seriously,” he simply says and adds, “From eight to six, I do my job religiously. After that I switch off completely. I don’t carry my work with me,” and his way of looking at work is simply inspirational. Further, he mentions that there are absolutely no shortcuts in achieving success and establishing an identity. “There are no shortcuts. In any field, hardwork is the only thing that matters,”

On the work front, Ram Charan is all set to shake things up in 2026 with Peddi, an upcoming sports, action drama film. The film is helmed by director Buchi Babu Sana and features Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead. Scheduled for a theatrical release on 27th March 2026, the film boasts an ensemble cast including Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, and Divyenndu.

Recently, Ram Charan has finally put an end to speculation surrounding the release of his much-anticipated film Peddi. Amid rumours suggesting that the film might not arrive on screens as originally planned, the actor has now firmly confirmed that Peddi will release in March 2026.   Recently, Ram Charan attended an event for Roshan Meka’s upcoming film Champion in Hyderabad. While there, the actor was asked to provide updates on his upcoming sports drama. There were rumours that Peddi will not be released as planned. When asked about the same, the actor said, “Shooting is going on for Peddi. It will be released on March 27. Next, there’s Champion, after that Sankranthi movies are releasing, and after that we will squeeze in somewhere.”
