Actor and musician Saba Azad has officially wrapped filming for her beau and ace superstar Hrithik Roshan-backed upcoming series Storm. Announced in Prime Video’s 2026 slate, the series is directed by Tabbar fame director Ajitpal Singh.
Saba, in a recent conversation with HT, talked about the project and confirmed the wrap of the shoot of her upcoming series. “Yeah, I wrapped recently, and I have to say that was one of the toughest roles I’ve ever done in my life,” Saba shared, adding, “Oh, it really shook me up in ways I didn’t expect, and I think I took it home… I don’t think I’ve ever taken a character home before, but I’m really excited for the world to see it. I feel like there are some incredible actors in that show, and Ajitpal Singh is
a genius, so I just can’t wait for everyone to see it.”
Hrithik Roshan pens a note of gratitude for the Storm team
In March, Hrithik Roshan took to his Instagram to thank the team behind the series. In his note, Hrithik wrote, “Storm has been a deeply fulfilling journey for me. It began years ago with a conversation with Ajitpal, a mind I truly admire for his clarity, his humanity, and his cinematic vision. Today, to see it come alive feels incredibly special. I’m proud of this show, not just for its nuanced writing or the way it has been brought to screen, but for the people behind it. The sheer talent, the commitment, the heart. These actors have inspired the actor in me to raise my own bar.”

He further thanked his team members who worked 16-hour days and said, “To every single person on this team who gave 16-hour days to make this real, I see you, and I’m grateful,” adding, “Eshaan, my brother, a silent warrior, a gentle giant, thank you for leading with such grace and strength. Ajitpal, my friend and collaborator, it’s been an honour walking this path with you. This is only the beginning. Thank you, Amazon, for the faith. Grateful. Humbled. Ready.”
