May 13 (PTI) Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay on Wednesday asserted that his government functioned with “horse-speed” and rejected the opposition’s allegation of horse-trading.
Replying to discussions in the State Assembly over the resolution moved by him, seeking vote of confidence, Vijay said his government will always be secular and it would continue to implement the welfare schemes launched by previous regimes.
