Pati Patni Aur Woh Do, starring Ayushmann Khurrana alongside Sara Ali Khan, Wamiqa Gabbi and Rakul Preet Singh, continues its run in cinemas after releasing on May 15, 2026. The film has been doing well at the box office. Recently, the actor shared video of Dil Wale Chor song and it has gone viral.
Taking to his Instagram handle, Ayushmann Khurrana shared the BTS video in which he is seen recording song with his friends, “Behind the scenes of Dil Wale Chor This is happening since late 90s when we were together in St John’s high school Chandigarh.” Fans reacted. According to industry tracking data cited by Sacnilk, the film earned Rs 1.35 crore on Day 8, marking a 32.5% drop compared to the previous day. The collection came from 2,788 shows across India, reflecting a visible slowdown in footfalls as the weekdays progressed.
The film’s first week had closed at Rs 29 crore, while its opening weekend contributed Rs 17.5 crore to the overall tally. With the latest numbers added, the total India net collection now stands at Rs 30.35 crore. The domestic gross figure has reached Rs 36.02 crore, while overseas markets have contributed Rs 5.85 crore, taking the worldwide gross to Rs 41.87 crore.
The day-wise domestic trend shows a gradual decline after the weekend spike, with collections moving from Rs 4 crore on Day 1 to Rs 5.75 crore on Day 2 and Rs 7.75 crore on Day 3, before slipping to Rs 3.25 crore on Day 4, Rs 3.50 crore on Day 5, Rs 2.75 crore on Day 6, Rs 2 crore on Day 7, and Rs 1.35 crore on Day 8.
Pati Patni Aur Woh Do is positioned as a spiritual sequel to the 2019 hit Pati Patni Aur Woh, which starred Kartik Aaryan, Ananya Panday and Bhumi Pednekar, and was also directed by Mudassar Aziz. The latest installment brings together a large ensemble cast that includes Vijay Raaz, Tigmanshu Dhulia, Vishal Vashishtha, Guneet Singh Sodhi, Durgesh Kumar, Ayesha Raza Mishra, Shireesh Kumar Sharma and Deepika Amin, alongside the principal leads.
