Dubai is a city that amazes visitors at every turn with its unique experiences. While Dubai Mall is already famous for its size and vast shopping options, it also features attractions that make guests pause in awe. The latest buzz is about H&M’s innovative fitting room, which transforms the simple act of trying on clothes into a fun and immersive experience.
Unlike regular changing rooms, this one lets shoppers enjoy music and choose from different themed settings while checking their outfits.
Located on the 1st floor near the Dubai Aquarium, a recent reel shared by a content creator shows how the fitting room instantly shifts its ambience with different tunes and backgrounds. Visitors can choose from four moods: Hype, Vibe, Chill, and Local,
each designed to make the experience more entertaining and immersive.
A Fitting Room That Feels Like A Mini Party
In the clip, the moment the woman steps into the H&M fitting room, soft, relaxing music greets her. But her curiosity soon kicks in, and she taps through the mood options displayed on the screen. Each selection triggers a new tune, while the background lights shift instantly to match the chosen vibe. The changing ambience is so lively that it almost makes you want to dance while trying on clothes.
The video posted on X (Formerly Twitter) came with the caption, “That’s just wow.”

“Why Pay For A Club”
Reacting to the post, a user wrote, “Me waiting outside the fitting room for 3 hours.”
Another shared, “Why pay for a club when I can go here?”
“My anxiety for hidden cameras and 1 way mirrors is at an all time high,” a comment read.
An individual stated, “Dubai spoils you so much, everyone just learn.”
Another mentioned, “My boyfriend reported this reel because he knew how long he has to wait outside.”
One more added, “Why Local turned to Bollywood.”
H&M has just launched their newly redesigned stores this month at the Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates. To mark the occasion, the Burj Khalifa was lit up with the brand’s colours. The first 300 visitors received special mystery boxes, which included gift cards worth up to Dh1,000 (approximately Rs 24,000), beauty gift sets valued at Dh600 (approximately Rs 14,000) and the opportunity to customise limited edition items.
