Bridgerton brother, Benedict (Luke Thompson), as he embarks on a new romantic journey with Sophie Baek (Yerin Ha). As Part 1 dropped on Netflix, early reactions on X have started pouring in.

However, not all reactions are as pleasant. One person wrote, “The writers on Bridgerton fucked everything, sadly. The show losing members of the titular family and instead paying more attention to a huge number of side characters will be its downfall eventually. Easing the siblings out and sending them packing after their season is horrible”

Another person wrote, “Bridgerton for season four should have continued the love story of Benedict and Lady Tilley, not reinventing another Cinderella story. Just like they naturally did a build-up for Penelope and Colin in previous seasons, hence their marriage making sense in Season 3. My thoughts tho.”

So far, the show has received mixed reviews on X.
