Gurugram’s skyline is clearly moving into a new phase. For years, the city was known for mid-rise offices and spread-out residential complexes. But that’s changed quickly. Today, you’re seeing taller, sharper towers coming up across Golf Course Road, Golf Course Extension and newer sectors further out. A big reason for this shift is how the city has grown. Land prices have risen, demand for premium housing has increased, and compared to older parts of Delhi, height regulations here have been relatively more flexible. Put that together, and developers have started building upwards in a much more aggressive way. Here’s a look at the top 10 tallest buildings in Gurugram right now, including both completed towers and the ones still coming up that are already
reshaping the skyline: 1. Ganga Anantam (Sector 85, under construction)This is the one to watch. Expected to rise above 210-215 metres, it’s likely to become the tallest building in Gurugram once it’s done. It’s a clear sign of how developers are now aiming much higher than before. 2. Anantam 85 Towers (under construction)Another project pushing past the 200-metre mark. It’s part of a new wave of super-tall residential towers coming up in the city’s newer sectors. 3. Trump Towers Delhi NCR (Sector 65)At around 200-201 metres, these twin towers are still the tallest completed buildings in Gurugram. With over 50 floors and ultra-luxury homes, they’ve been defining the skyline for a while now. 4. M3M IFC (Sector 66)This is one of the tallest commercial buildings in the city, rising to nearly 199 metres. It shows that it’s not just homes going vertical, office spaces are catching up too. 5. Raheja Revanta (Sector 78)A large residential project with multiple high-rise towers, some of which are close to the 200-metre range. It stands out more for its scale than just height. 6. IREO Victory Valley Tower A (Sector 67)One of the more recognisable buildings in Gurugram, thanks to its stepped design. Its tallest tower, Tower A, reaches around 175-178 metres and still ranks among the city’s highest. 7. Paras Quartier (Gwal Pahari)At over 170 metres, this luxury residential tower is one of the more visually prominent structures near the Delhi border. 8. Central Park Resorts/Belgravia Towers (Sector 48)Among the taller residential clusters in the city, reflecting how large-scale developments are now being built as vertical communities. 9. IREO Skyon/Victory Valley (other towers)Additional towers in this cluster also rank among the tallest, showing how projects are increasingly built as multi-tower high-rise ecosystems. 10. DLF Crest/Aralias (Golf Course Road cluster)While not the tallest individually, these projects form part of the high-rise luxury corridor that defined Gurugram’s early vertical growth. Gurugram is no longer just growing outward. It’s going vertical, and fast. But the biggest shift is still ahead. With projects like Ganga Anantam and Anantam 85 in the pipeline, the city is moving into a new height bracket altogether. Once completed, they will sit clearly above everything that exists today.
