Ward No. 190 (G/North) is one of the 227 wards of the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), India’s largest Municipal Corporation. This ward is reserved for Scheduled Caste and has a total population of 54639, of which 1297 belong to the Scheduled Castes and 180 belong to the Scheduled Tribes.

Kataria Marg at Matunga Railway Staion; thence westwards along the northside of T.H. Kataria Marg upto its junction with Lt. Dilip Gupte Marg; thence southwards along the westside of Lt. Dilip Gupte Marg upto its junction with Pandurang Naik Marg; thence westwards along the northside of Pandurang Naik Marg upto its junction with sea-shore; thence northwards along the seashore upto its junction with ‘A’ Road leading to Swatantraveer Savarkar Marg at Mahim Makrand Society; thence eastwards along the westside and southside of the said Lane upto its junction with swatrantrveer Savarkar Marg; thence Northward along the Eastside of Swatrantraveer Savarkar Marg upto its Junction with L.J. PREVIOUS BMC ELECTION RESULT
The last Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) elections were held on February 21, 2017, in which Shiv Sena was the single largest party with 84 seats, while the Bharatiya Janata Party won 82 seats. Indian National Congress secured 31 seats, Nationalist Congress Party won nine, and Maharashtra Navnirman Sena won seven seats. Other parties included Samajwadi Party, which won six seats; the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen won two seats and the Akhil Bhartiya Sena won a single seat. Five Independent candidates also won seats in the election.
