Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan will be celebrating his 83rd birthday on October 11, and joining him for a special episode will be Javed Akhtar and Farhan Akhtar. The recent promo from the episode shows
the father-son duo meeting Big B and joining him on the hot seat to celebrate the 85th birthday of the actor.
In the clip shared, Amitabh Bachchan is seen cutting a delicious cake as he celebrates his special day in the presence of Farhan and Javed. As Farhan and Javed sit on the hot seats, Amitabh is later seen recreating his iconic dialogue from Zanjeer: “Jab tak baithne ko na kaha jaaye, khade raho. Yeh police thana hai, tumhare baap ka ghar nahi.” (Until you’re told to sit, keep standing. This is a police station, not your father’s house.)

Him recreating this dialogue left Javed clearly impressed, while Farhan also applauded the actor. As soon as the video was released, fans started reacting to it. One said, “Happy birthday sir, aap jiyo unlimited saal. God bless you, sir ❤️.” Another wrote, “Sir, hume bhi bula lete aap… birthday cake kha lete.” A third fan commented, “Advanced congratulations, AB Sir ❤️❤️.”
Zanjeer is an action crime film directed and produced by Prakash Mehra and written by Salim–Javed. The film also stars Jaya Bhaduri, Pran, Ajit Khan, and Bindu. Zanjeer was the first of many collaborations between Salim Khan, Javed Akhtar, and Big B.
Earlier, Farhan and Javed were clicked at the KBC set. When paparazzi asked Farhan Akhtar if he had a special wish for Amitabh Bachchan, the ace filmmaker and actor shared, “Bas janamdin ki badhai dena chahenge, unki sehat achhi rahe aur unki umar lambi ho.”
