Bigg Boss 19’s Abhishek Bajaj Opens Up On Bond With Ashnoor Kaur: ‘Good Friends’

Following his recent eviction from Bigg Boss 19, actor Abhishek Bajaj has finally opened up about the controversies surrounding his personal life. His ex-wife, Akanksha Jindal, had accused him of infidelity

and questioned his closeness with co-contestant Ashnoor Kaur during the show.

In an interview with HT City, Abhishek dismissed all allegations, calling them “completely baseless” and “an attempt to exploit fame.” He explained that his marriage ended by mutual understanding and insisted that he has “never wanted anyone to exploit (his) fame for personal benefit.”

“I have learned to stay away from people who are social parasites and fame diggers,” Abhishek stated firmly, adding that his journey in the entertainment industry has been built purely on his own efforts.

The Student of the Year 2 actor said that despite the accusations, he doesn’t plan to take any legal action against his ex-wife. “People are with me. I prefer to focus more on my success. And success is the purest form of revenge,” he said, expressing faith that the truth will speak for itself.

Abhishek on His Equation with Ashnoor Kaur

During his time on Bigg Boss 19, Abhishek’s growing closeness with Ashnoor Kaur sparked massive discussion both inside and outside the house. However, the actor insisted that what audiences saw was genuine.

He clarified, “It was never for the game. I never planned or strategised any relationship inside the house. Ashnoor and I share similar moral values and thought processes. Our connection was organic and honest and it naturally grew stronger over time.”

While fans speculated about their bond, Abhishek maintained that there was no romantic angle involved. “Ashnoor and I are good friends and nothing more,” he said.

In a viral clip from the show, Abhishek was seen asking Ashnoor, “Tujhe kabhi pyaar hua hai?” to which she replied, “Nahi, par hoga. I love love.”

Reminiscing about his own experience, Abhishek shared, “Mujhe hua tha. Pyaar mein insaan ko sab achha lagta hai — movie mein dikhte aasmaan ke gaane bajte hain, vaisa sach mein hota hai. Sabse bada emotion pyaar hi hai.”

To this, Ashnoor responded thoughtfully, “At the end of the day, aap jo bhi karte ho, pyaar ke liye hi toh karte ho.”

The conversation turned emotional as Abhishek opened up about being betrayed in love. Without naming anyone, he expressed, “Par tujhe pata hai sabse buri feeling kya hoti hai? Jab wahi insaan aapka dil todta hai… jaan nikal jaati hai. Plastic ki bottle dekhi hai? Use crush karo toh jaise paani nikalta hai, vaisi hi jaan nikal jaati hai.”
