Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton are reportedly trying their best not to trigger The Kardashians star’s ex-husband, Kanye West. As per media reports, the rapper is far from pleased about the speculation surrounding Kim’s new boyfriend.

A source quoted by The Daily Mail revealed that the new couple in town are concerned about Kanye’s reaction since he was friends with Lewis in the past.

The Couple Is Trying Not To ‘Trigger’ Kanye West

According to The Daily Mail reports, both Kim and Lewis “know that this could trigger Kanye in so many ways,” which is why the couple are keeping it casual for now. The source added, “The pair are using kid gloves … not making it any more than just fun.”

The source revealed, “Lewis and Kim are not dating exclusively.

He’s not looking to settle down with anyone, including Kim.”

Another source quoted by the outlet shared that despite Lewis being a long-time family friend with Kim and Kanye, “He isn’t looking to be a stepdad. He’s not looking to be the ‘it’ couple with Kim.”

On the other hand, the rapper is reportedly struggling to stay composed as rumours swirl about Kim’s relationship with the seven-time Formula 1 champion.

As per In Touch reports, a source closer to Kanye revealed that he is “bitter as hell” over Kim and Lewis’ romance and has allegedly referred to the British racing star as a “slimy, two-faced rat”.

The source further alleged that Kanye had long suspected Lewis of being interested in Kim during their friendship but was reassured otherwise at that time. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were married for nearly seven years before she filed for divorce in 2021. During their marriage, Kim and Kanye developed a friendship with Lewis Hamilton.

However, neither of them has publicly addressed the rumours. The English Formula 1 driver, who reportedly has “a very calm spirit”, has been a source of support for Kim as she navigates her “complex co-parenting situation” with the controversial rapper, as per sources.
