BLACKPINK’s Rose is officially set to perform at the 68th Grammys. On Friday, January 30, the official Instagram account of the Grammy Awards, presented by the Recording Academy, announced that the K-pop artist will perform at the 2026 ceremony, leaving her fans all excited. This makes her the first Korean soloist to have ever taken the stage at the prestigious event.
The caption of the post read, “Rosé is about to bloom on the GRAMMY stage. Catch Rose at the 2026 GRAMMYS Sunday, Feb. 1 on @cbstv and @paramountplus at 5 PM PT / 8 PM ET.” The ceremony will take place at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. Indian viewers can watch the ceremony on Monday, February 2, at 6:30 AM.

The Australian-Korean singer-songwriter has also made history as a first-time Grammy nominee, earning three major nominations. Her record-breaking hit, APT, a collaboration with Bruno Mars, has received nominations for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance. With this, she became the first Korean soloist to receive nominations in the Grammy general fields.

On her Instagram on November 8, the BLACKPINK member posted a video of herself on a video call with her team, including her sister Alice, when she received the news. Besides this, she also included a photo with all the nomination categories mentioned.

The K-pop wave is continuing to take centre stage at the Grammys. Besides Rose, KPop Demon Hunters, an animated film by Netflix, has received several nominations this year.
