During pre-market hours, A social media user took to X tagging online brokerage firm Zerodha asking why preoperative order was getting rejected. To
this, Zerodha replied, “There is an issue with price updates and order placement on BSE across brokers. We are in touch with the exchange to resolve it at the earliest. In the meantime, you can place equity orders on NSE.”

Technical issue resolved
With the technical issue resolved, normal trading operations have resumed, according to brokers.
