14 Crew Members, Including Indians, Rescued After Iranian Cargo Ship Mishap In Caspian Sea

Iranian dry cargo ship, named the Rona, was involved in an accident on Wednesday in the Caspian Sea.

All the 14 crew members – including Indians and Iranians – were rescued by authorities, according to preliminary information from the Turkmenistan Foreign Ministry.

The rescue operation was carried out following an emergency call. More details are awaited.
