Bigg Boss Marathi fame Irina Rudakova was recently involved in a road rage incident in Mumbai after her auto driver was verbally abused and threatened by a man. The Russian model and actor took to social media to share a video of the incident. She said, “This behaviour in Mumbai should stop” and also urged police action.
Irina shared the video on Instagram on Thursday, showing the confrontation from inside the autorickshaw. She urged her followers to watch the video and support her, saying, “I want full support because this behaviour in Mumbai should stop and this is totally not right.” The footage showed a man stepping out of his car and grabbing the autorickshaw driver by his collar. He then threatened him, saying, “Maarunga idhar hi (Will
hit you right here)”, while also abusing him.
The driver was heard apologising several times and telling the man that he had not seen his car.
Take a look:
After the man returned to his car, the autorickshaw driver turned to Irina and asked if she was hurt. She replied, “No, I would have felt if something had happened. He is the one who broke the rule. This was very bad behaviour. All of a sudden,” suggesting that the confrontation had escalated unexpectedly.
Irina also criticised the man for allegedly violating traffic rules before directing his anger at the autorickshaw driver. “Because such people can afford to do this, then these small people suffer like this,” she said. She further added, “He is not allowed to use his hands on anyone. This is not good.” Irina then appealed to her followers for help and asked those with police contacts to come forward.
