Chandigarh, Sep 12 (PTI) Aam Aadmi Party is in “a very comfortable position” to again form the government in Punjab, the party’s state unit president and cabinet minister Aman Arora said on Saturday.
People are appreciating the work done by the Bhagwant Mann government, he said when asked about the AAP’s survey of all Assembly constituencies in the state. He was addressing a press conference held here following the extradition of gangster Amritpal Singh from Moldova.
“AAP is in a very comfortable position in forming the government in the state,” Arora said.
“Last time, the AAP formed the government on the Delhi model of governance and over the failure of the previous governments and political parties,” said Arora.
“Today 3 crore Punjabis have seen
the governance and are appreciating the work of the government in Punjab, because of which we are in a comfortable position to form the government,” claimed Arora.
The election to the 117-member Punjab Assembly is due early next year. PTI CHS AMJ AMJ
