Bigg Boss 19’s Awez Darbar Jets Off To Dubai To Eat ‘Asli’ Baklava With Nagma Mirajkar

The internet loves a good recreation of a viral moment and Awez Darbar has just delivered one. He decided to recreate the social media creator Tanya Mittal’s video that had everyone talking. Yes, it’s the baklava reel where she is heard saying she wanted to fly to Dubai just to eat baklava. Now, Awez has joined the fun by reenacting the exact scenario but, of course, with his own witty twist.

In the video, Awez begins by saying, “Yaar baklava khane ka man kar raha hai, Dubai chalein kya (I want to eat baklava, should we go to Dubai)?” He then turns to his team and asks when the next flight is. Someone behind the camera replies, “2 ghante baad ki.”

That’s when Awez drops the punchline, “Chalo fir. Par

hum asli wala khayenge, nakli wala nahi (Let’s go then, but we’ll eat the real one).” The playful line was a lighthearted dig at Tanya Mittal’s original clip that took the internet by storm.

The video then cuts to a scene straight from Dubai where Awez is seen enjoying baklava with his sister Anam Darbar and girlfriend Nagma Mirajkar.

Tanya Mittal On Her Viral ‘Baklava’ Reel

In one of the previous episodes of Bigg Boss 19, contestant Tanya Mittal had addressed the much-talked-about viral story surrounding Baklava. Talking to Gaurav, she clarified that the viral reel was just a fun snippet and not the full picture.

“From Gwalior, I visit Morena for work. Everyone knows I record everything for vlogs. Once I felt like having sweets, Baklava, and I said, ‘Chalo Dubai.’ So from Morena, we took the car to Delhi, booked a flight to Dubai, had Baklava, and within an hour, we again flew back to Delhi. This would happen quite a few times, and it’s all in the vlogs,” Tanya explained.

Awez Darbar In Bigg Boss 19

Awez Darbar, who also entered the show as a contestant this year, was eliminated last month after he received the lowest votes from viewers. The social media star was joined by his girlfriend Nagma Mirajkar, in the show, who also struggled to make a strong mark in the show.

On the other hand, Tanya Mittal continues to be the most talked-about contestant this season, especially for her claims like owning “150 bodyguards” and a “kitchen lift” in her home.
