Delhi, Sep 1 (PTI) German Environment Minister Carsten Schneider on Tuesday visited the Pradhanmantri Sanghralaya here, along with members of his delegation, officials said.
Union Minister for Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Bhupender Yadav, accompanied him during the visit.
Schneider toured the galleries of the Prime Ministers’ Museum located at the Teen Murti Bhawan complex in central Delhi. He also took part in a tree plantation programme, the Prime Ministers’ Museum and Library (PMML) said in a statement.
“Thanks for the visit. I am happy to see the history of India’s great people, who now live in freedom and democracy,” the German minister was quoted as saying in the statement. PTI KND RHL
