The clip features Mandhira unleashing her frustration over what she claims is a fraudulent attempt to rewrite the Kapur family legacy. She said, “If these people think we don’t know our own bloodline, think again… This is pure robbery. This is what you call major theft.”

Mandhira alleges errors in the will, questions its legitimacy, and calls out those she believes are misusing Sunjay’s name and position. She spoke about her late brother with fierce protectiveness, adding, “My mother tells me before I die, please get everything back home. This is our inheritance… I will fight this till the end.”

The post also criticised the alleged exclusion of Kapur family members from traditional ceremonies and accused new claimants of attempting to assume the family’s identity.

The Kapur Estate War So Far

Sunjay Kapur and Karisma Kapoor married in 2003. In the years that followed, Karisma and Sanjay’s marriage began to fall apart. Sunjay, married to Karisma from 2003 to 2016, shared two children with her – daughter Samaira and son Kiaan. The former couple welcomed their daughter Samaira Kapur in 2005. Their family was completed after the arrival of their son Kiaan in 2011. However, their relationship broke down badly. Karisma later accused Sanjay of mistreating her, even during their honeymoon, and accused him of multiple affairs. Sanjay, on the other hand, claimed she had married him only for his wealth. The divorce process was long and rather public. After years of separation, they finally divorced in 2016.

Sunjay Kapur married Priya Sachdev after his divorce from Karisma. Priya had a daughter, Safira Chatwal, from her previous marriage with Vikram Chatwal. In 2018, Sunjay and Priya were blessed with a son, Azarius.
