Which Direction Should Lord Ganesha’s Back Face?

Where Should the Ganpati Chowki Be Placed?
The chowki should be placed on a clean, level and stable surface.
Families may cover the wooden chowki with a red or yellow cloth before placing the Ganesha idol on it.
The chowki should be large enough to comfortably accommodate:

- Puja decorations
- Flowers
- Durva grass
- Small offerings
