Is Katy Perry confirming her new romance? During her London concert on Monday, October 13, the pop star appeared to reference her rumored relationship with former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.

The playful onstage moment came just days after the two were photographed kissing on a yacht in Santa Barbara, California.

In a TikTok video from the show, Perry noticed a fan holding a sign and asked, “What does your sign say?” The fan responded, “I heard you’re single?” prompting Perry to grin and quip, “You heard I was single? That’s interesting,” sending the audience into laughter and cheers.

When the fan—named Darren—revealed his sign asking Perry to marry him, she jokingly shouted, “I couldn’t read that high up! Are you kidding me? Not today!” The singer then teasingly added, “You know you really should have asked me about 48 hours ago,” seemingly referencing her weekend spent with Trudeau.

As Darren was escorted offstage, Perry sang into her microphone, “He’s just a little too late,” again hinting at her rumored romance. The singer’s cheeky remarks quickly went viral, with fans interpreting them as a public nod to her budding relationship.

Rumours about the duo first began in late July when they were spotted dining together at Le Violon in Montreal. Perry’s sighting with Trudeau comes just months after her split from longtime fiancé Orlando Bloom. The pair, who share a 5-year-old daughter, Daisy Dove Bloom, confirmed their breakup in July.

Trudeau, meanwhile, separated from his wife, Sophie Grégoire, in 2023 after 18 years of marriage. The former couple shares three children.
