Salman Khan Walks The Ramp
Salman Khan made a rare appearance on the runway as he turned showstopper for close friend and designer Vikram Phadnis’ grand fashion show celebrating 35 years in the fashion industry on Tuesday night. The event, themed Vintage India, brought together 100 models who showcased reimagined archival creations inspired by classic Indian aesthetics.
The superstar looked dapper and confident as he walked the ramp to thunderous applause. Dressed in an intricately designed black ensemble, Salman exuded understated royalty and old-world charm.
In the photos from the event, Salman Khan is seen donning a traditional black kurta-pyjama paired with a long embroidered sherwani-style jacket. The jacket, crafted in rich silk, featured elaborate gold and maroon floral embroidery along the shoulders, chest, and sleeves, a nod to Vikram Phadnis’ signature opulent detailing.
Salman Khan’s Work Front
Salman Khan will next be seen in Battle of Galwan, directed by Apoorva Lakhia. The film revisits the harrowing 2020 Galwan Valley clash between Indian and Chinese troops — a rare border skirmish that turned deadly without any firearms being used. Instead, soldiers resorted to hand-to-hand combat with sticks and stones, making it one of the most emotionally charged stories in recent Indian history.
With its stirring subject and powerful cast, Battle of Galwan is poised to be one of the most impactful cinematic tributes to India’s armed forces in recent years.
