Yash-starrer Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups released in theatres on August 24, 2026, after facing multiple delays. The Geetu Mohandas directorial is now eyeing the Rs 250 crore India net milestone. It had witnessed a massive opening of Rs 100 crore, however, saw a sharp decline in its collection ever since. On Friday, Toxic had registered its lowest single-day collection so far. On Saturday, Day 11, the film bounced back with a slight jump at the ticket windows.
Toxic Box Office Collection Day 11
Toxic recorded Rs 2.04 crore in India net earnings on Day 11, with the collection coming from 1,829 shows. The latest figures have pushed the Yash-led action thriller’s total India net collection to Rs 243.09 crore. As per Sacnilk, the film has so
far registered an India gross of Rs 290.20 crore.
The film has fared better on the global front, earning Rs 43.25 crore gross from overseas markets. Its worldwide gross collection now stands at Rs 333.45 crore.
Toxic has struggled to maintain momentum at the domestic box office following its strong opening. The makers also released an English version in theatres in an attempt to widen its reach. However, the dubbed version received a lukewarm response, with only around 450 tickets reportedly sold.

It is excessive, moody, violent, ornate and occasionally uneven, yet there is an undeniable pulse beneath all that smoke, blood and swagger. Geetu Mohandas does not merely build a gangster drama around Yash’s towering presence. She fashions a bruised fable about inheritance, desire, rage, power and the sins that travel quietly from one generation to another. The film falters when it forgets its women and overindulges in its own spectacle, but when it works, it has the feverish magnetism of a nightmare told under golden lights. Toxic is not clean, gentle or perfectly disciplined cinema. It is messy, seductive and morally corroded, and perhaps that is exactly why its grown-up fairy tale leaves behind a bitter, lingering aftertaste.”
