The Conservatory in Juhu
The Conservatory returns to Juhu as a sunlit, garden-led sanctuary, quietly confident and more immersive than ever. Spread across 2,000 sq. ft. over two levels, the 75-seater space feels like an urban pause button, with glass rooftops, floor-to-ceiling windows, and al fresco seating framed by mulberry, mango, guava trees, and fuchsia bougainvillea.
The reworked menu blends European techniques with South-East Asian influences and Indian accents, spanning Phuket Bhel, vibrant salads, wood-fired pizzas, handmade pastas, Nasi Goreng, Jaffna Mutton, nostalgic desserts, and more. Gordon Ramsay’s Street Pizza at Mumbai T2
If you are a fan of Chef Gordon Ramsay, you now have a chance to try his food. Gordon Ramsay’s Street Pizza debuts at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA) Terminal 2, International Departures — India’s second Gordon Ramsay outlet following Delhi’s Street Burger. This chef-driven spot elevates airport dining for 55M+ annual travelers with bold, convenient pizzas blending global signatures and Indian twists.
The stars of the menu include Tandoori Paneer, Chicken Tikka Masala Pizza, Classic Margherita, The Londoner (burrata, veg ‘nduja), with fun sides like Street Spicy Wings, Corn Balls with lime jalapeño aioli,. End on a sweet note with Sticky Toffee Pudding, Strawberry Marshmallow Sundae, etc.
Toscano in Nariman Point
Toscano has launched its third outlet at Nariman Point. Founded by Chef Jean Michel and Chef Goutham, it delivers authentic Tuscan flavours through handmade creamy pastas, crisp salads, classic grills, fresh sourdough pizzas, and more—using premium ingredients blending European techniques with local sensibilities.
Menu highlights include artisanal sourdough pizzas, Goat Cheese & Roasted Pear Salad, Grilled Norwegian Salmon, Chicken di Toscano (spinach-ricotta stuffed breast), Spaghetti Aglio Olio, classic Tiramisu, indulgent Kahlua Mousse, and refreshing mocktails like Toscano Sling and Ginger Berry Fizz.
Reflections at JW zMarriott Mumbai Juhu
JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu has relaunched its newly refurbished lobby lounge and bar – Reflections, a versatile day-to-night space for casual dining, business conversations, and evening drinks. It offers artisanal teas and functional infusions for relaxation and digestion, alongside Lavazza Terra coffee in the day. Javaphile Café in Worli
Javaphile Café has launched its newest outlet in Worli, blending legacy charm with modern living. Known for coffee culture, comforting all-day fare, and inviting spaces, this new address offers quiet luxury for unhurried solo visits, meetings, brunches, and work sessions in the fast-moving city.
The Worli café serves classic espressos, cappuccinos, flat whites, plus signature Sea Salt Mocha, Spiced Latte, and Java Chip Frappe.
