Divya Aggarwal Comes Out In Support Of Baseer Ali, Slams Pranit More For His Comment

Bigg Boss 19 is living up to its reputation, with controversy, jaw-dropping fights, and unfiltered emotions taking centre stage. The latest season has already served viewers a healthy dose of drama, with anger rising and alliances shifting rapidly inside the house. In one of the most talked-about moments this week, a war of words erupted between contestant Baseer Aliand comedian Pranit More. The clash began after music composer Amaal Mallik mockingly referred to Pranit as “Zazu.”

During the aggressive exchange, both of them traded insults and even made personal digs about each other. Now, the winner of Ace of Space 1 and Bigg Boss OTT 1 contestant Divyaa Agarwal has come out in support of the reality TV star and has slammed the comedian for his

remarks.

What Did Divyaa Agarwal Say

Divyaa Agarwal on Instagram defended Baseer. In a clip posted on her story, the Ace of Space winner addressed Pranit directly, saying, “Hi Pranit, Divyaa Agarwal, Baseer ki behan. Ye wali behan ko to usne chorh diya hai, yaha pe koi stress nahi hai. Tum apni tension lo because Bigg Boss ka ghar hai, haar kisi ki baari aati hai. And Baseer loves you, my brother. All the best. You are doing really well, tension mat le. (Hi Pranit, Divyaa Agarwal, Baseer’s sister. He has left this sister; this is not your stress. You worry about yourself because this is Bigg Boss’s house, everyone’s turn comes. And Baseer, love you, my brother. All the best. You are doing really well, don’t take stress.)”

Baseer Ali And Pranit More’s Bigg Boss 19 Fight

The fight erupted after music composer Amaal Mallik called Pranit “Zazu”, referring to the bird in the movie “The Lion King” whose job was to only hand over messages. When the comedian came to confront the singer for his remarks, he started poking and making derogatory remarks at him.

Instead of cooling tensions, Baseer escalated the situation by backing Amaal and hurling equally biting remarks at Pranit. During the fiery exchange, Baseer took a dig at Pranit’s background, telling him to go back to his own village, and even called his personality ugly.

Their fiery exchange continued, with Baseer mocking, “Flop Comedian,” to which Pranit proudly hit back, calling him a “sasta angrez.” Earlier, Pranit had also gone below the belt and made extremely personal jokes about Baseer.

Divyaa Agarwal’s Recent Works

The 32-year-old has been a part of several television shows, web series, music videos, and even two films. Divyaa made her acting debut with the horror web series Ragini MMS: Returns 2. She has also been part of several reality shows, including MTV Splitsvilla 10, Bigg Boss OTT and Ace of Space 1, which she even won.

After her marriage to Apurva Padgaonkar, the actress marked her comeback to the acting career with Badass Begum. She played Urvashi Raje in the 6-episode television series, released in 2025.

Most recently, she was seen in the music video titled Rootha Mera Ishq by Amol Shrivastava, Yasser Desai, and Abhishek Talented.
