Sanghvi Movers Ltd on Monday, December 22, said its material subsidiary, Sangreen Future Renewables Private Limited, has secured large work orders aggregating ₹428.72 crore from multiple independent power producers (IPPs).
The contracts, awarded by domestic entities, involve engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) works for wind balance-of-plant (BOP) projects with a combined capacity of 270.6 MW.
Under the scope of work, Sangreen Future Renewables will undertake construction of wind turbine
generator (WTG) civil foundations, civil re-engineering works where required, development and leasing of temporary access roads, internal pathways and external logistics roads, as well as crane platforms and boom assembly areas.
The contracts also include inter-carting of WTGs from storage yards to installation sites, installation of turbines, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning activities, internal 33 kV line works and development of dedicated pooling (DP) yards, along with obtaining permits and approvals required for commissioning.
The execution of the projects is scheduled to commence from the third quarter of FY26 and is expected to be completed by the first quarter of FY28.
The company said the cumulative value of the orders stands at ₹428.72 crore, reinforcing its growing presence in the renewable energy EPC space.
Shares of Sanghvi Movers Ltd ended higher on Monday, December 22, by 4.86% at ₹345.30 on the NSE.
