Realty firm Sunteck Realty Ltd on Tuesday (July 21) reported a net profit of ₹42.3 crore for the first quarter of FY27, up 26.4% year-on-year from ₹33.4 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
The company's revenue increased 1.7% year-on-year to ₹191.6 crore, compared with ₹181.3 crore in Q1 FY26.
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) rose 38.7% year-on-year to ₹66.8 crore, from ₹48.1 crore in the year-ago period. The EBITDA margin expanded to 34.9% from 25.6%.

Fund raise plan
The company's board approved an enabling resolution for raising funds of up to ₹2,250 crore through various modes, including qualified institutional placement (QIP), follow-on public offer (FPO), American Depository Receipts (ADR), Global Depository Receipts (GDR), rights issue, debt issue, preferential issue and foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCB).
The proposed fund raise includes non-convertible debt of up to ₹1,500 crore through private placement in one or more tranches. The company also plans to raise up to ₹750 crore through equity shares and/or securities convertible into equity shares in one or more tranches, subject to shareholders' approval.
Sunteck Realty said the resolution is only an enabling approval and no specific issue details have been finalised.

Shares of Sunteck Realty Ltd ended at ₹232.60, down by ₹3.30, or 1.04%, on the BSE.
