Angel One is among the top gainers on the Nifty 500 index, gaining as much as 8%, while 360 ONE WAM, HDFC AMC and Nippon Life India AMC gained between 3% to 7%.
Here's how these companies fared in the December quarter:
Angel One
The company's revenue went up 11% sequentially, net profit increased by 27% from the previous quarter to ₹269 crore.
Angel One's client funding book grew 11% to ₹5,900 crore, while average daily transactions increased by 10.6% from the previous quarter. It also maintained its market share in the equity and F&O segment.
The board of Angel One has also approved an interim dividend of ₹23 per share, and a stock split, under which, one share of ₹10 each, will be split into 10 shares of ₹1 each.
360 ONE WAM
360 ONE WAM's total assets under management went up by 5.9% sequentially to ₹7.11 lakh crore, led by a 7.4% sequential growth in its Asset Management AUM, while its recurring revenue grew by 12% from the previous quarter to ₹619 crore.
The company's Annual Recurring Revenue saw better yields in the December quarter, rising by 6 basis points from the September quarter.
Operating margins expanded to 50.5%, while margins on an EBITDA level saw a drop due to a decline in its other income.
ICICI Prudential AMC
ICICI Prudential AMC reported its first quarterly report after listing, where its quarterly average AUM grew by 6.1% on a sequential basis, which is faster than the 5% industry growth.
Revenue went up by 7% sequentially to ₹1,515 crore, while EBITDA increased 9% to ₹1,140 crore. EBITDA margin went up by 150 basis points.
Equity Quarterly Average AUM rose 7.3% from the September quarter to ₹6.08 lakh crore, while its equity market share increased to 13.8%.
Additionally, Sankaran Naren has received a two-year extension as Executive Director of the company, till June 30, 2028. This decision is subject to approval from the company's shareholders.
HDFC AMC
HDFC AMC reported its results during market hours on Wednesday, and the stock had also gained 3% in response to its numbers.
Its quarterly Average AUM went up by 5% from the previous quarter, which is in-line with the industry growth.
Revenue grew by 4.6% from last quarter to ₹1,075 crore, while yields remained steady at 46.5 basis points, contrary to street expectations of a decline to 46.2 basis points.
Shares of Angel One are trading 7.5% higher at ₹2,714.
360 ONE WAM shares are trading 6% higher at ₹1,217.5.
HDFC AMC shares are up 5% at ₹2,683.2.
