The bank said the agreement will be signed on December 16, 2025, at the KfW headquarters in Frankfurt.
The shares of the lender have ended 0.3% in the session on Monday. The stock has gained 21.91% in the past six months and 21.8% in the year so far.
India's largest lender reported an increase of 3% year-on-year in net interest income (NII) or core income basis to ₹42,985 crore in the quarter ended September. Net profit for the quarter also increased by 10% from the same quarter last year to ₹20,160 crore.
