has received an order worth ₹151.57 crore, excluding GST, from the Gujarat government to supply water from Machhu-I Dam to a reservoir and villages in the state.
The company said in a regulatory filing on Friday that it had received an Acceptance of Tender (AOT) from the Office of the Executive Engineer, Sauni Yojana Division, Rajkot.
The contract covers engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) work to transport water from Machhu-I Dam to Triveni Thanga Reservoir and various villages in Wankaner and Chotila talukas. It also includes operating and maintaining the completed project for 10 years.
Construction is scheduled to take 24 months, followed by the 10-year operation and maintenance period. The formal contract will be executed in accordance with the tender conditions, the company said.
LCC Projects said the order was awarded by a domestic entity and does not involve any related-party transaction. Its promoters, promoter group and group companies have no interest in the awarding entity.
Shares of LCC Projects closed at ₹136.15 on the NSE on Friday, up 1.68%.
