The combined gross Assets Under Management (AUM) of the listed REITs stood at about ₹2.35 lakh crore at the end of Q2 FY26.
The country’s listed REITs include Brookfield India Real Estate Trust, Embassy Office Parks REIT, Mindspace Business Parks REIT, Nexus Select Trust and Knowledge Realty Trust—the latest entrant, listed on August 18, 2025.
Alok Aggarwal, Managing Director & CEO of Brookfield India Real Estate Trust and Chairperson of the Indian REITs Association, said the quarterly performance highlights the strength and transparency of the REIT framework in India.
He added that the addition of the fifth REIT reflects increasing confidence among investors and sponsors.
Collectively, the REITs manage more than 176 million sq. ft. of Grade A office and retail assets across the country.
Since inception, the five trusts have distributed over ₹26,700 crore to unitholders.
The combined market capitalisation of the listed REITs crossed ₹1.6 lakh crore as of November 14, 2025, marking a key milestone for the sector.
The Indian REITs Association, a non-profit body supported by SEBI and the Ministry of Finance, works to promote growth and best practices in the REIT ecosystem. Its members include all five listed REITs.
