Shadowfax Tech Q3 profit jumps nearly six-fold as revenue surges 65%

Shadowfax Technologies reported a strong performance in the December quarter, driven by sharp revenue growth and improved operating leverage. The logistics startup’s net profit rose to ₹35 crore in Q3, compared with ₹6 crore in the same quarter last year.

Revenue from operations grew 65.5% year-on-year to ₹1,159.7 crore, up from ₹700.6 crore in the year-ago period, aided by higher shipment volumes and improved scale across its delivery network.

Operating performance strengthened during the quarter,

with EBITDA rising to ₹66.5 crore from ₹20.7 crore a year earlier. EBITDA margin expanded to 5.7%, compared with 3% in the corresponding period last year, reflecting better cost efficiencies and operating leverage.

On the cost front, employee benefit expenses stood at ₹108.6 crore during the quarter. Other expenses came in at ₹984.6 crore, while depreciation and amortisation expenses were ₹32.3 crore. Finance costs were ₹5.8 crore, according to the company’s unaudited consolidated results.

Shadowfax Technologies operates as India's leading tech-enabled logistics platform, specialising in last-mile delivery for e-commerce, quick commerce, D2C brands, and hyperlocal services.

For the nine months ended December 31, Shadowfax reported revenue from operations of ₹2,965.4 crore, compared with ₹1,772.7 crore in the corresponding period last year. Net profit for the nine-month period rose to ₹55.9 crore, from ₹16.3 crore a year ago.

Shadowfax Technologies was listed on January 28, 2026, on NSE/BSE. Its shares ended today’s trade (Feb 12) up 4.8% at ₹124.75 on the NSE.
