Revenue from operations dropped 66.8% YoY to ₹646.5 crore from ₹1,944.8 crore in Q2 FY25, primarily due to lower execution of projects and absence of one-time income recorded in the previous year.

Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) stood at ₹192.82 crore, down 77.8% from ₹869.89 crore a year earlier. The EBITDA margin moderated to 29.83% from 44.73% last year.
The company said the previous year’s performance had benefited from a one-off gain on asset monetisation, resulting in a high base effect.
The shares of KNR Constructions, which executes road, irrigation, and infrastructure project, ended 0.4% in the red on Wednesday. The stock has fallen over 48% in the year so far.
