HCLTech-Nvidia launch innovation lab in Santa Clara to scale physical AI and cognitive robotics

IT services company HCLTech Ltd on Monday (November 17) said the company, in collaboration with chipmaker Nvidia, has launched an innovation lab in Santa Clara, California, aimed at helping enterprises explore, incubate, and scale industry applications of physical AI and cognitive robotics.

The facility is integrated with HCLTech’s global AI Lab network and combines Nvidia’s technology stack and core platforms — including Nvidia Omniverse, Nvidia Metropolis, Nvidia Issac Sim, Nvidia Jetson, and Nvidia Holoscan

— with HCLTech’s physical AI solutions such as VisionX, Kinetic AI, IEdgeX, and SmartTwin.

The lab is designed to assist G2000 organisations in experimenting with, incubating, and scaling physical AI initiatives, enhancing competitiveness through advanced AI-driven solutions.
