Revenue for the quarter rose 2.1% year-on-year to ₹283.9 crore from ₹278 crore a year ago.
EBITDA increased 11.7% to ₹38.2 crore during the quarter, compared with ₹34.2 crore in Q3 of the previous year. Operating margin improved to 13.4% from 12.3% in the same quarter last year.
The board of directors declared a second interim dividend of 7.5%, amounting to ₹0.75 per equity share of face value ₹10 each, for the financial year 2025–26.

The board also approved the acquisition of a 100% stake in Alcon Builders and Engineers Private Limited, which will eventually become a subsidiary of the company.
The acquisition will be completed subject to the fulfilment of conditions precedent outlined in the share purchase agreement signed on January 28, 2026.
GPT Infraprojects Ltd shares closed at ₹106.90 on the NSE, up ₹5.22 or 5.13%, on Wednesday.
