Inox Wind Ltd on Friday (February 13) reported a flat net profit of ₹117 crore in Q3 FY26 compared to the same period last year. The company’s revenue grew 32.5% to ₹1,207 crore from ₹911 crore in Q3 FY25.
EBITDA increased 38.2% to ₹281.2 crore versus ₹203.5 crore in the year-ago period. The EBITDA margin stood at 23.3%, up from 22.3% in Q3 FY25.
In FY26, Inox Wind has secured multiple orders totalling around 600 MW from customers including Aditya Birla, Amplus Energy/Gentari, Jakson, First Energy and Leap Green. Additionally, IWL is partnering with KP Energy to develop 2.5 GW of wind projects across India. The company executed 252 MW during the quarter and currently holds a well-diversified order book of approximately 3.2 GW.

The current order book of approximately 3.2 GW provides substantial revenue visibility over the next 18–24 months. During FY26, Inox Wind added orders from clients including Aditya Birla, First Energy, Amplus/Gentari, and Jakson, strengthening its project pipeline. Inox Wind's well-diversified order book also includes orders from NTPC, CESC, NLC India, Hero Future Energies, Inox Clean Energy and Continuum, among others.
Inox Wind said the scheme for the demerger of its substation business from Inox Green and the subsequent merger into Inox Renewable Solutions is in the final stages of hearing. The matter is currently being heard at the Hon’ble NCLT Ahmedabad.
Shares of Inox Wind Ltd ended at ₹106.40, down by ₹2.90, or 2.65%, on the BSE.
